Watercolor Workshops Beginning Watercolor A beginner's workshop for those with little or no experience with the watercolor medium in a relaxed atmosphere. Students will gain an understanding of the character of the medium, the supplies used and will practice techniques for controlling and painting with the medium. Basic drawing skills helpful. Color Mixing This workshop will help the student gain an understanding of how to mix the colors on their own palettes in order to keep their washes from being muddy. The qualities and characteristics of the student's paint will be studied and the application of correct color combinations will be implemented.
